LICENSE INFORMATION:

You are free to use our products within the scope of the specific license that you purchase. Specific product descriptions are listed for each item that is for sale. We will make every attempt to ensure that active products sold in our store are compatible with future releases of Divi and/or Extra; however, we cannot guarantee the timeliness of these updates.
You will have access to updates via your account page.
Superfly is not responsible for any conflicts due to WordPress updates, Divi updates or third party plugin updates.
If you would like to package our plugins into your child theme, a developers license may be purchased separately. Please contact us for more details.
Some images and icons used in some of our themes are copyrighted and must be purchased prior to use. When this is the case, we have clearly noted this, both in our theme description disclaimers, as well as in the READ-ME file contained in the theme download package. The images found in the demo content are for preview purposes only.

SUPPORT

Basic support for our products is available for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. We do not provide support for individual customizations of our products.
Basic support INCLUDES:
- Setting up a working replica of the published product demo
- Installation and plug-in conflict resolution to ensure the demo is replicated
- Importing demo content
Basic support does NOT include:
- Alterations to the default layout and code
- Edits to css/stylesheets
- Resolution of 3rd party plugin or application conflicts
Superflyer member products will be supported for the duration of the active membership.
Items with annual recurring plans will be supported for the duration of the active product subscription.
Additional basic support can be added for any product outside of the 3-month support period by purchasing the Support Pack from our store.
Advanced support can be purchased at our standard $150 hourly rate. Minimium one hour per request.

Any customizations, font adjustments, or other style changes will be considered outside the scope of basic support.
Supported browsers include the last 2 versions of: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, Android and iOS Safari.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

All designs are the intellectual property of Superfly and may not be sold, redistributed or given away. We ask that you respect the hard work we’ve put into this custom design and not send this file to others.
Refunds on individual purchases are only available within the first 7 days after purchase. Refunds will be issued on a case-by-case basis only after our support team has been contacted.
