Support: Tips & Tricks


You may have noticed that support has looked a little different for Besuperfly…it’s because we have updated our support process! We are pretty pumped about the new process and we think you’ll love it too!

Here are a few quick tips on how to navigate the new support system!

1. If you are browsing our website, you can click “Support” at the bottom right corner of every page, search for answers (before submitting a ticket) and hit enter. Boom! If a solution doesn’t exist, create a ticket via #3.

2. How to login: Once you login to your account, you’ll be able to view order details, previous orders, and have access to your API keys.

3. Submit a request: Questions on a specific product or just a general question about your account? We got you! Please make sure to include any important details or screenshots. The more details we receive, the faster we can find a solution for you!

4. Support articles: On our home page you’ll see “Start here” and Product articles”.  On our “Start here” page, we have FAQ’s, theme installation support articles, product updates and general questions! On our “Product support” page, you’ll find support articles on every one of our products with the most common support questions we frequently see.

5. Community Forum: This one is new for our team! In this section, you can post questions and answers, tips and tricks you’ve had, product feedback, Discussions and insights – anything you want to talk with us and others in the Superfly community about! We are just getting this one on the road so please be on the look out for more community forums started i the next few weeks!
