We’ve tried managing support with our own form/email/ticket system, which was too complicated and easy for conversations to get lost … and we’ve tried Zendesk which was overkill for what we needed, bloated, hard to navigate, and pricey.
Supermoon is so simple. The interface is familiar and very easy to use. I love the custom notes you can leave … whether that’s internal notes per ticket or notes per customer overall … it allows us to give a nice personal touch to ask customers about notes we’ve written about them (they have 2 dogs, they live in Atlanta, they love football, etc).
